On any random day we should be grateful for all the we have. For the things that many around the world are unable or aren’t free to have nor achieve due to circumstances out of their control. On this ordinary day I give thanks for the following 10 things. When I sat down to do this task it actually took me longer then I thought it would. Gave me time to reflect on the many things that as humans we take for granted on an everyday basis.
1. My family
2. My education
3. My job
4. My health
5. The overflowing love all around
6. My home
7. For my loved ones being safe
8. The abundance I take for granted
9. All the mistakes I’ve made
10. For all those things that make this world beautiful

When you go through disappointments or tough times, you may feel like you’ve been buried. You may feel like you’re in a dark, lonely place. You may feel like it’s the end, but in reality, it’s only the beginning. The fact is, you haven’t been buried; you have been planted. That means you’re coming back. And not only are you coming back, but you’re coming back in increase, better and stronger than before.

Florian graduates today! Not officially, but it's his commencement. I am sooooo proud of him, words cannot express the pride I feel for this man. It's not easy becoming an engineer, let alone electrical one of the top 3 hardest engineering fields out there. He's managing to graduate Magna Kum Lade :D top 5% of his class.

He's going to be great at what ever he decides to do with his career.

Don't get too caught up in what people say about you. Most of the time they're not aware of what comes out of their mouths.

You might have experienced this: someone insults you and it sticks with you for days until you finally confront the person, only to be told in earnest, "I said what? I don't even remember."

This happens a lot more than we think.

Don't take it personally today. Let everything go. Ask yourself, "will I care about this in five years from now?" Or better yet, five minutes.

Close your eyes,
Have no fear,
The monsters gone,
He's on the run and your daddy's here,

Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful Boy,

Before you go to sleep,
Say a little prayer,
Every day in every way,
It's getting better and better,

Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful Boy,

Out on the ocean sailing away,
I can hardly wait,
To see you to come of age,
But I guess we'll both,
Just have to be patient,
Yes it's a long way to go,
But in the meantime,

Before you cross the street,
Take my hand,
Life is just what happens to you,
While your busy making other plans,

Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful Boy,
Darling,
Darling,
Darling Sean.

Dedicated to Orlando & Timo....R.I.P Timo...this is for all those unspoken words..

One of the mysterious processes of spirituality is sometimes things get so dark we're required to become broken in order that we can completely let go of our old belief systems. Old vessels need to be traded in for new ones.

This process is called 'exile' and it's the period before a huge revelation of Light.

Today, don't fight what you are going through. Now is the time all your study and efforts are being put to the test

Your soul is on a multi-lifetime journey of correction. The difficult people you encounter are sent to help you complete this journey. Meaning, every difficult interaction is supposed to strengthen and teach you something.

That annoying colleague you wish would be transferred? He's in your life for this purpose. That overbearing in-law you wish would move to another state? She's in your life for this purpose. Every single human who crosses your path, from your mom to your landlord, are here for this purpose of helping you learn and grow.

Today, change the way you see the "annoying people." Instead of avoiding them, or hating them, ask, "What are they teaching me?"
